Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Luen Wo Road, Fanling


          Motorists are advised that to facilitate water works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Luen Wo Road, Fanling at the time specified below:

1. Partial Road Closure


Luen Wo Road from a point about 15 metres east of its junction with Luen Hing Street to a point about 45 metres east of the same junction will be partially closed from 10.00 a.m. on 7 August 2026 to 6:00 p.m. on 4 September 2026.

2. Public Transport Services Arrangements

i. The taxi stand on Luen Wo Road will be suspended from 10.00 a.m. on 7 August 2026 to 6:00 p.m. on 19 August 2026; and
ii. The taxi stand on Luen Wo Road will be partially closed temporarily from 10.00 a.m. on 20 August 2026 to 6:00 p.m. on 4 September 2026.


          Appropriate traffic aids will be erected on site. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
