In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 21 August 2026, the western kerbside lane of Ting Kok Road from a point about 35 metres north of its junction with its junction with Tai Po Tai Wo Road to a point about 110 metres north of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone from 7.00 a.m. to 12.00 midnight daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
