Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Tat Yip Lane from 8.00 am on 14 August 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 August 2027:

        A. Road Closure

        The section of Tat Yip Lane (eastbound) between Au Pui Wan Street and Wah Lai Industrial Centre will be temporarily closed to all vehicular access. The section will be converted from two-way traffic to one-way westbound.

        B. Banning of Turning Movements

        The following turning movements will be prohibited:

1. Heading straight from Tat Yip Lane (northbound) to Au Pui Wan Street and Tat Yip Lane (eastbound); and
   
   
2. Turning into Kwei Tei Street from Tat Yip Lane (westbound).

1. Affected vehicles on Tat Yip Lane (westbound) heading to Kwei Tei Street will be diverted via Au Pui Wan Street (southbound); and
   
   
2. Affected vehicles on Kwei Tei Street and Tat Yip Lane (northbound) heading to Tat Yip Lane (eastbound) will be diverted via Kwei Tei Street (eastbound) and Au Pui Wan Street (northbound).

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.
