In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 14 August 2026, the slip road from San Tin Highway to San Sham Road (Flyover of cross-boundary goods vehicles) northbound and the slip road from Fanling Highway to San Sham Road (Flyover of cross-boundary goods vehicles) northbound will be designated as prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

　　Drivers of all motor vehicles, except goods vehicles, buses, public light buses (scheduled services) and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving into the above prohibited zone.

　　The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.

　　At the same time, the existing prohibited zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
