TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on New Clear Water Bay Road, Kwun Tong

        Members of the public are advised that to facilitate lift construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on New Clear Water Bay Road from 12:00 midnight on 16 August 2026 to 11:59 pm on 31 December 2026:-

  1. Lane Closure
A section of the slow lane of New Clear Water Bay Road eastbound near C.C.C. Kei Shun Special School will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

  1. Public Transport Arrangement
  1. The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 14D, 26, 26X, 27, 27X and 29M on New Clear Water Bay Road outside C.C.C. Kei Shun Special School will be suspended;
  2. The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 88, 96R, 213D and 214 on New Clear Water Bay Road outside C.C.C. Kei Shun Special School will be temporarily relocated about 25 metres westward; and
  3. The bus stop of KMB Route No. 290A on New Clear Water Bay Road outside C.C.C. Kei Shun Special School will be temporarily relocated about 110 metres westward.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The bus companies will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
