Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 1.00 am to 5.30 am daily during the period from 11 to 14 August 2026:-

1. Road Closure

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:-

1. Kai Fuk Road Flyover eastbound of about 750 metres near Water Supplies Department Kowloon East Regional Building; and
2. Kwun Tong Road Flyover eastbound of about 140 metres near Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station.

2. Traffic Diversion

Affected motorists on Kai Fuk Road Flyover eastbound heading for Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O and Hong Kong (East) will be diverted via the slip road leading from Kai Fuk Road Flyover eastbound to Wai Yip Street eastbound, Wai Yip Street eastbound, Lai Yip Street northbound and Kwun Tong Road eastbound.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care.
