Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Luen Cheong Street, Fanling


          Members of the public are advised that to facilitate watermains laying works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Luen Cheong Street from 10.00 a.m. on 21 August 2026 to 10.00 a.m. on 31 August 2026:

1) Partial Road Closure


Luen Cheong Street from a point about 50 metres east of its junction with Wo Tai Street to a point about 100 metres east of the same junction will be partially closed.

2) Relocation of Goods Vehicles Metered Parking Spaces


2 metered parking spaces for goods vehicles (nos. 25083B and 25084A) on Luen Cheong Street will be temporarily relocated outside No. 27-33 Luen Hing Street.

          Appropriate traffic aids will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
