TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Heard Street, Wan Chai

       Notice is hereby given that to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Heart Street from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm daily on Mondays to Saturdays from 19 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 (except Public Holidays):

(a) Road Closure
The section of Heard Street between Wan Chai Road and Cross Lane will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

b) Turning Movement Arrangement
i. All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Wood Road onto Heard Street; and
ii. All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn from Cross Lane onto Heard Street.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
