In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulation, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 21 August 2026 to 6.00 pm on 21 November 2026, Hoi Tak Street will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone for vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length 24 hours daily.

        Drivers of all motor vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving into the above temporary prohibited zone.

The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
