In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. daily on every Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) during the period from 1 to 30 September 2026, the section of Tsing Tin Road westbound from the lamp post number FA2243 to a point about 250 metres west of the same lamp post will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

    Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

    At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
