In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily on 4, 5 and 11 September 2026, the section of Tsing Long Highway southbound from about chainage marker 22.6 to the entrance of Tai Lam Tunnel southbound tunnel tube will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
