Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate the construction works for the Development of San Tin Technopole, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 8.00 a.m. on 4 September 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 January 2027:

(I)　　Road Closure

　　(i) The section of Mai Po Lung Road from a point about 80 metres south of its junction with Shek Wu Wai Road to a point about 240 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
　　(ii) The section of Unnamed Road from its junction with San Tam Road to a point about 350 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(II)　　Traffic Diversion

　　(i) Affected vehicles on Mai Po Lung Road southbound heading for San Tam Road southbound will be diverted via Shek Wu Wai Road northbound, Castle Peak Road – San Tin westbound and Castle Peak Road – Mai Po southbound; and
　　(ii) Affected vehicles on Unnamed Road eastbound heading for Mai Po Lung Road southbound will be diverted via San Tam Road northbound, Castle Peak Road – Mai Po northbound, Castle Peak Road – San Tin eastbound and Shek Wu Wai Road southbound.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
