Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Slip Road of North Lantau Highway
Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on the slip road of North Lantau Highway westbound leading to Tung Chung Waterfront Road from 9.00 am on 3 September 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 January 2027: -
1. Lane Closure
- The right lane of slip road of North Lantau Highway westbound leading to Tung Chung Waterfront Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
2. Banned Turning
- All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn movement from slip road of North Lantau Highway westbound onto Tung Chung Waterfront Road northbound.
3. Traffic Diversion
- Affected vehicles on slip road of North Lantau Highway westbound leading to Tung Chung Waterfront Road northbound will be diverted to travel via Tung Chung Waterfront Road southbound, roundabout and Tung Chung Waterfront Road northbound.
Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience.
