Motorists are advised that, to facilitate rail replacement works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Castle Peak Road – Ping Shan from 1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily between 2 September and 15 September 2026:

(I)    Road Closure

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

(i)     Part of the traffic lanes of Castle Peak Road – Ping Shan eastbound from a point about 390 metres east of its junction with Ma Wang Road to a point about 90 metres east of the same junction; and
(ii)    The section of Castle Peak Road – Ping Shan eastbound from a point about 90 metres east of its junction with Ma Wang Road to the same junction.

(II)   Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Castle Peak Road – Ping Shan eastbound will be diverted via Shui Pin Wai Interchange, Long Ping Road eastbound, Fung Chi Road southbound, Ping Wui Street southbound and Ma Wang Road westbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.
