Members of the public are advised that the slip road connecting Fanling Highway southbound and Heung Yuen Wai Highway northbound / Fanling Highway southbound will be opened at 5.30 am on 12 September 2026 (Saturday). Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
