Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Fanling Highway, North District

       Motorists are advised that, to facilitate road works, the following traffic lanes of Fanling Highway will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from midnight to 5.30 a.m. daily from 8 to 25 September 2026 (except Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).

1. The rightmost lane of Fanling Highway (eastbound) from a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Pak Shek Au Elevated Road to a point about 120 metres east of its junction with Kam Tsin Road Footbridge (near Ho Tung School);
2. The rightmost lane of Fanling Highway (eastbound) from a point about 290 metres west of its junction with Kam Tsin Road Footbridge (near Ho Tung School) to a point about 40 metres west of its junction with Kai Leng Bridge (near Ka Shing Court);
3. The rightmost lane of Fanling Highway (westbound) from a point about 40 metres west of its junction with Kai Leng Bridge (near Ka Shing Court) to a point about 220 metres west of its junction with Kam Tsin Road Footbridge (near Ho Tung School); and
4. The rightmost lane of Fanling Highway (westbound) from a point about 120 metres east of its junction with Kam Tsin Road Footbridge (near Ho Tung School) to a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Pak Shek Au Elevated Road.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
