Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Fanling Highway, North District

       Motorists are advised that, to facilitate road works, the following traffic lanes of Fanling Highway will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from midnight to 5.30 a.m. daily from 28 September to 21 October 2026 (except Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays).

1. The leftmost lane of Fanling Highway (eastbound) from a point about 30 metres east of its junction with Pak Shek Au Elevated Road to a point about 50 metres east of its junction with the slip road leading from Castle Peak Road – Chau Tau;
2. The leftmost lane of Fanling Highway (eastbound) from a point about 400 metres east of its junction with the slip road leading from Castle Peak Road – Chau Tau to a point about 220 metres east of its junction with Kam Tsin Road Footbridge (near Ho Tung School);
3. The leftmost lane of Fanling Highway (eastbound) from a point about 380 metres west of its junction with Kam Tsin Road Footbridge (near Ho Tung School) to a point about 220 metres east of its junction with the slip road leading to Tai Tau Leng Roundabout;
4. The leftmost lane of Fanling Highway (westbound) from a point about 120 metres east of its junction with Kam Tsin Road Footbridge (near Ho Tung School) to a point about 280 metres east of its junction with the slip road leading to Pak Shek Au (Exit 9A); and
5. The leftmost lane of Fanling Highway (westbound) from its junction with the slip road leading to Pak Shek Au (Exit 9A) to a point about 380 metres west of the same junction.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
