ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONE ON HO TUNG ROAD, KOWLOON TONG

           In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 11 September 2026, the northern kerbside lane of Ho Tung Road from a point about 75 metres north of its junction with Boundary Street to a point about 100 metres north of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

           Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except buses, private light buses and taxis pick up/drop off and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

              (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

              (b)  loading or unloading goods.

           The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
