TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Caroline Hill Road, Causeway Bay

    Notice is hereby given that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Caroline Hill Road during the time specified below:

From 1.30 am to 5.30 am daily from 10 to 12 September 2026, from 18 to 19 September 2026 and 22 September 2026

(a) Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
i. Part of the traffic lane of Hoi Ping Road;
ii. Part of the traffic lane of Leighton Road westbound near Caroline Hill Road; and
iii. A section of Caroline Hill Road southbound between Leighton Road and Link Road.

(b) Turning Movement Arrangement
All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn from Leighton Road westbound onto Caroline Hill Road southbound.

(c) Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Leighton Road westbound heading to Caroline Hill Road southbound will be diverted via Leighton Road westbound, Wong Nai Chung Road southbound, Broadwood Road eastbound and Link Road northbound.

From 1.45 am to 5.30 am daily from 15 to 17 September 2026 and from 23 to 30 September 2026 (except Public Holidays)

(a) Road Closure
Part of the traffic lane of Caroline Hill Road northbound near Leighton Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(b) Turning Movement Arrangement
Vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Caroline Hill Road northbound onto Leighton Road eastbound.

(c) Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Caroline Hill Road northbound heading to Leighton Road eastbound will be diverted via Leighton Road westbound, Morrison Hill Road northbound, Tin Lok Lane northbound, Hennessy Road eastbound and Percival Street southbound.

 Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
