TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Expo Drive, Wan Chai North

      Notice is hereby given that to facilitate the works of Wan Chai Development Phase II, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in the vicinity of Wan Chai North during the period specified below: 

From 12.01 am to 6.00 am daily from 14 to 18 September 2026 and from 21 to 22 September 2026

A. Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
i. The section of Expo Drive between Lung Wo Road and Expo Drive Central; and
ii. A slip road between Expo Drive southbound and Expo Drive northbound.

B. Turning Movement Arrangement
All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Expo Drive southbound onto the slip road between Expo Drive southbound and Expo Drive northbound.

C. Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Lung Wo Road eastbound heading to Expo Drive will be diverted via Expo Drive East. 

From 12.30 am to 5.30 am daily from 23 to 25 September 2026, 2 October 2026 and from 7 to 9 October 2026

A. Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
i. A section of Lung Wo Road westbound between Lung Hop Street and Fleming Road;
ii. Part of the traffic lane of Hung Hing Road westbound near Fleming Road;
iii. Part of the traffic lane of Convention Avenue near Lung Tat Path;
iv. Lung Tat Path northbound; and
v. A slip road between Lung Wo Road and Convention Avenue.

B. Turning Movement Arrangement
All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Convention Avenue onto Lung Tat Path.

C. Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Lung Wo Road westbound will be diverted via Lung Tat Path southbound, Convention Avenue, Fenwick Pier Street westbound and Lung Hop Street. 

From 12.30 am to 5.30 am daily from 28 to 29 September 2026 and 5, 6, 12, 13, and 20 October 2026

A. Road Closure
A section of Lung Wo Road eastbound between Lung Hop Street and Fleming Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B. Turning Movement Arrangement
All vehicles will be prohibited from making right turn from Lung Hop Street northbound onto Lung Wo Road eastbound.

C. Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Lung Wo Road eastbound and Lung Hop Street northbound heading to Hung Hing Road will be diverted via Expo Drive and Expo Drive East.

Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
