ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (Chapter 374)
TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT ON FANLING HIGHWAY, NORTH DISTRICT

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.01 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily on 29 and 30 September 2026, the section of Fanling Highway eastbound from a point about 410 metres east of its junction with the slip road leading from Kwu Tung North Road southbound to Fanling Highway eastbound to a point about 1000 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
