Temporary Traffic Arrangements on
Luen Cheong Street and Wo Tai Street, Fanling

             Motorists are advised that, to facilitate watermains laying works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Luen Cheong Street and Wo Tai Street:

Road Closure

          i. Luen Cheong Street from its junction with Wo Tai Street to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction will be partially closed from 10.00 a.m. on 14 September 2026 to 10.00 a.m.                   on 6 October 2026; and
          ii. The eastern kerbside lane of Wo Tai Street from its junction with Luen Cheong Street to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic                from 10.00 a.m. on 23 September 2026 to 10.00 a.m. on 6 October 2026.

Relocation of Metered Parking Spaces

          i. 2 metered parking spaces for goods vehicles (nos. 25081A and 25081B) on Luen Cheong Street will be temporarily relocated outside No.27-33 Luen Hing Street from 10.00 a.m. on 14                        September 2026 to 10.00 a.m. on 6 October 2026.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be set up on-site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
