In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 1:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on 4 October 2026 and 11 October 2026, the existing prohibited zone for all motor vehicles (except franchise buses) on the first and second lanes from the east side of Tsui Lam Bus Terminus in Tseung Kwan O will be temporarily rescinded.
