Motorists are advised that, to facilitate the road works and noise barrier installation works on On Sau Road and Clear Water Bay Road, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 12.01 midnight to 5.30 am daily during the period between 18 September 2026 and 14 November 2026:

1. Lane Closure

Part of traffic lanes of Clear Water Bay Road eastbound near its junction with On Sau Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

2. Banning of Turning Movement

3. Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles will be temporarily diverted via Clear Water Bay Road eastbound, the U-turn slip road near Tseng Lan Shue Bus Stop and Clear Water Bay Road westbound.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
