In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily between 20 October 2026 and 6 November 2026 (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), the section of Tsing Long Highway northbound from about chainage marker 22.3 to about chainage marker 23.4 will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
