Motorists are advised that with effect from 10.00 am on 18 September 2026, the general lay-by located at Hang Chi Street around 25 metres north of its junction with Sai Sha Road will be designated as bus and coach parking spaces from 7 pm to 7 am of the following day.

    Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be provided on site to guide motorists.
