Members of the public are advised that in order to facilitate gas pipe replacement works, the following temporary traffic arrangements on San Wan Road and Pik Fung Road, Fanling will be implemented from 10.00 am on 12 October 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 7 November 2026:

1. Lane Closure

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. The right-turn lane of San Wan Road northbound from a point about 15 metres south of its junction with Pik Fung Road to a point about 70 metres south of the same junction; and
2. The fast lane of San Wan Road northbound from a point about 30 metres north of its junction with Pik Fung Road to a point about 15 metres south of the same junction.

The fast lane of San Wan Road northbound near its junction with Pik Fung Road will be temporarily converted to a "right-turn" lane.

3. Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles on Pik Fung Road southbound will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn onto San Wan Road northbound.

4. Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles will be diverted via San Ran Road southbound and roundabout.

          Appropriate traffic aids will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
