In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. daily on 7 and 8 November 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as prohibited zones for private cars, buses, light buses, goods vehicles, motor cycles and motor tricycles (except for emergency vehicles and those vehicles specified below):

1. Kiu Tau Road (except for hearses, coaches conveying people attending services at the crematorium/cemetery, vehicles of the undertakers and franchised buses);
2. Ming Yin Road (except for franchised buses); and
3. all access roads within Wo Hop Shek Cemetery.

          All private cars, buses, light buses, goods vehicles, motor cycles and motor tricycles, except those vehicles specified above or those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from entering into the above prohibited zones.
