In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 28 September 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the eastern kerbside lane of Tsing Fat Street southbound from a point about 215 metres south of its junction with Tsing Fat Lane to a point about 275 metres south of the same junction;
   2. the western kerbside lane of Tsing Fat Street northbound from a point about 295 metres south of its junction with Tsing Fat Lane to a point about 215 metres south of the same junction;
   3. the northern kerbside lane of the unnamed access road between the ingress of Tsing Fat Street Light Public Housing Bus Terminus and Tsing Fat Street from its junction with Tsing Fat Street to a point about 105 metres east of the same junction; and
   4. the southern kerbside lane of the unnamed access road between the ingress of Tsing Fat Street Light Public Housing Bus Terminus from a point about 100 metres east of its junction with Tsing Fat Street to a point about 25 metres east of the same junction.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
