Temporary Traffic Arrangements
on Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan

        Motorists are advised that to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Hoi Shing Road from 1.00 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. from 25 September 2026 to 30 December 2026 daily:

Road Closure

1. 1. A section of Hoi Shing Road westbound (near Skyline Plaza) between Yuen Tun Circuit and Hoi Kwai Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
   2. Part of the lane of Yuen Tun Circuit southbound (near Tsuen Wan Town Hall) between Tai Pa Street and Hoi Shing Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

Banning of Turning Movement

1. 1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn from Yuen Tun Circuit (near Tsuen Wan Town Hall) southbound onto Hoi Shing Road westbound.

Traffic Diversion

1. 1. Affected vehicles on Yeung Uk Road westbound heading for Hoi Shing Road westbound will be diverted via Tai Ho Road northbound, Sha Tsui Road westbound, Yuen Tun Circuit southbound, Tai Pa Street westbound and Yuen Tun Circuit southbound; and
   2. Affected vehicles on Yuen Tun Circuit (near Tsuen Wan Town Hall) southbound heading for Hoi Shing Road westbound will be diverted via Hoi Shing Road eastbound, Tai Ho Road northbound, Sha Tsui Road westbound, Yuen Tun Circuit southbound, Tai Pa Street westbound and Yuen Tun Circuit southbound.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
