Motorists are advised that to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic arrangements on Fan Leng Lau Road, Fanling will be implemented from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day from 5 October 2026 to 20 October 2026 (except Sundays and Public Holidays):

The slow lane of Fan Leng Lau Road southbound from a point about 20 metres north of its junction with Wo Muk Road to a point about 80 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

The fast lane of Fan Leng Lau Road southbound near its junction with Wo Muk Road will be temporarily converted to a "straight-ahead and left-turn" lane.

          Appropriate traffic aids will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
