DESIGNATION OF DRIVING IMPROVEMENT SCHOOL

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 102B(1) and (8) of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Chapter 374), I have designated the following place as a driving improvement school with effect from 5 October 2026 to 4 October 2029:-

Room H, 5th Floor, Cheong Ming Building
86 Argyle Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon

The Good Luck Motoring School Limited shall be the proprietor to operate the above driving improvement school.
