Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 102I(1), (7)(a) and (9) of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Chapter 374) and section 46 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Chapter 1), the place currently designated as a pre-service training school operated by Lee Kin Driving School Limited as the authorised proprietor under G.N. 5941 is additionally designated to provide pre-service courses to drivers of ride-hailing vehicles with effect from 1 October 2026 to 3 October 2027.

Save as supplemented by this Notice, the existing designation under G.N. 5941 in respect of the place, proprietor, and pre-service courses for public light bus, public bus and taxi drivers remain unchanged and in force.
