Members of the public are advised that to facilitate lift construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Chung Mei Road from 12.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. on 18, 22, 23 and 25 October 2026:

(I)     Lane Closure

1. 1. The section of Chung Mei Road eastbound from a point about 55 metres west of its junction with Sheung Ko Tan Street to a point about 65 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
   2. The slow lane of Chung Mei Road westbound from a point about 20 metres west of its junction with Sheung Ko Tan Street to a point about 90 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(II)    Lane Conversion

The fast lane of Chung Mei Road westbound from a point about 20 metres west of its junction with Sheung Ko Tan Street to a point about 90 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily converted into one-lane-two-way traffic.

(III)   Arrangement of Bus Stops

The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 42C, 43B, 43M, 241X, 243M, 249M and N241 on Chung Mei Road westbound near Hong Fu House, Cheung Hong Estate will be temporarily relocated about 105 metres westward.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be displayed by the public transport operator to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
