In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9.00 pm on 3 October 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones from 7.00 am to 12.00 midnight daily:

1. 1. The eastern kerbside lane of Kei Yip Lane from a point about 10 metres south of its junction with Kei Yip Street to a point about 10 metres north of its junction with Hoi Yuen Road;
   2. The western kerbside lane of Kei Yip Lane from a point about 10 metres south of its junction with Kei Yip Street to a point at its junction with Hoi Yuen Road;
   3. The northern kerbside lane of Kei Yip Street from a point about 40 metres west of its junction with Wai Yip Street to a point about 50 metres west of the same junction;
   4. The southern kerbside lane of Sheung Yip Street from a point about 10 metres west of its junction with Wai Yip Street to a point about 50 metres west of the same junction; and
   5. The western kerbside lane of Wai Yip Street from a point at its junction with Hoi Yuen Road to a point at its junction with Kei Yip Street.

       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
