Members of the public are advised that the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented during the following periods to facilitate rail replacement works:

1. 1. Lane Closure
      1. The section of the northern kerbside lane of Yau Oi Road westbound near Oi Hei House will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily during the period from 20 October 2026 to 3 November 2026;
      2. The section of the southern kerbside lane of Yau Oi Road westbound near Oi Hei House will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily during the period from 4 November 2026 to 18 November 2026; and
      3. The section of the leftmost lane of Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road northbound near its northern junction with Yau Oi Road westbound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily during the period from 4 November 2026 to 18 November 2026.
   2. Banning of Turning Movement
      1. All vehicles will be prohibited from making right-turn movements from Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road southbound onto Yau Oi Road westbound from 1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily during the period from 20 October 2026 to 3 November 2026; and
      2. All vehicles will be prohibited from making left-turn movements from Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road northbound onto Yau Oi Road westbound from 1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily during the period from 4 November 2026 to 18 November 2026.
   3. Traffic Diversion
      1. Vehicles on Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road southbound heading for Yau Oi Road westbound will be diverted via Hoi Wing Road eastbound, Siu Lun Street northbound, Siu Lun Street westbound and Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road northbound from 1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily during the period from 20 October 2026 to 3 November 2026; and
      2. Vehicles on Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road northbound heading for Yau Oi Road westbound will be diverted via Tuen Hing Road eastbound, Tuen Hi Road eastbound, Tuen Hi Road northbound, Tuen Lung Street westbound and Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road southbound from 1.30 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily during the period from 4 November 2026 to 18 November 2026.

          Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected to guide motorists.
