ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES ON KADOORIE AVENUE, HO MAN TIN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that the following road sections of Kadoorie will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily during the following periods:

From 8.00 am on 5 October 2026 to 6.00 pm on 26 October 2026

The section of Kadoorie Avenue connecting house number 73-73A and house number 87 from a point about 30 metres south of its junction with the section of Kadoorie Avenue connecting Prince Edward Road West and Argyle Street, to a point about 110 metres south of the same junction.

From 8.00 am on 12 October 2026 to 6.00 pm on 2 November 2026

The section of Kadoorie Avenue connecting house number 73-73A and house number 87 from a point about 115 metres south of its junction with the section of Kadoorie Avenue connecting Prince Edward Road West and Argyle Street, to a point about 185 metres south of the same junction.

       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

          (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

          (b)  loading or unloading goods.

 
       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
