Members of the public are advised that to facilitate water works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Po Fung Road and To Lok Road from 8:00 a.m. on 5 October 2026 to 11:59 p.m. on 5 January 2027:

The road section on To Lok Road westbound from its junction with Po Fung Road to a point about 20 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

Vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Po Fung Road southbound onto To Lok Road westbound.

Affected vehicles will be diverted temporarily via To Lok Road eastbound, roundabout and To Lok Road westbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on-site to guide motorists.
