Extension of Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Clear Water Bay Road, Sai Kung

        Members of the public are advised that to facilitate lift construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will continue to be implemented from 0.30 am to 5.30 am daily on 10, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 October 2026:

a) Lane Closure

(i) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 175 metres east of its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 100 metres east of the same junction will continue to be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic;

(ii) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 60 metres east of its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction will continue to be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic;

(iii) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 20 metres east of its junction with Razor Hill Road to its junction with Razor Hill Road will continue to be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and

(iv) The slow lane of Clear Water Bay Road (westbound) from a point about 10 metres west of its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 175 metres west of the same junction will continue to be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

During the road closure, motorists can use the remaining traffic lanes of the above road section.

b) Public Transport Arrangements

New Territories Green Minibus ("GMB") stop of GMB Route Nos. 1A, 1S and 11S on Clear Water Bay Road westbound opposite to Pik Uk Correctional Institution will continue to be temporarily relocated about 120 metres westward.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be put up to advise passengers of the temporary arrangements.
