Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Dai Fu Street, Tai Po


        Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Dai Fu Street during the periods as specified below:

        (I)    From 10.00 pm on 12 October 2026 to 6.00 am on 13 October 2026

(a)    Lane Closure

The fast lane of Dai Fu Street westbound from a point about 55 metres east of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 120 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed.

(b)   Relocation of Overnight Goods Vehicle Parking Spaces

The overnight goods vehicle parking spaces on the southern kerbside lane of Dai Fu Street westbound from a point about 30 metres east of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 65 metres east of the same junction and from a point about 110 metres west of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 160 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily relocated to the western kerbside lane of Dai Shing Street northbound from a point about 35 metres south of its junction with Dai Cheong Street to a point about 105 metres south of the same junction and the eastern kerbside lane of Dai Fat Street southbound from a point about 45 metres south of its junction with Dai Cheong Street to a point about 95 metres south of the same junction.

(c)    Public Transportation Arrangement

The bus stop of KMB Route No. 75K on Dai Fu Street westbound near Dai Shun Street will be temporarily relocated for about 100 metres westwards.

        (II)   From 10.00 pm on 13 October 2026 to 6.00 am on 14 October 2026

(a)    Lane Closure

The slow lane of Dai Fu Street westbound from a point about 55 metres east of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 120 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed.

(b)   Relocation of Overnight Goods Vehicle Parking Spaces

The overnight goods vehicle parking spaces on the southern kerbside lane of Dai Fu Street westbound from a point about 30 metres east of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 65 metres east of the same junction and from a point about 110 metres west of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 160 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily relocated to the western kerbside lane of Dai Shing Street northbound from a point about 35 metres south of its junction with Dai Cheong Street to a point about 105 metres south of the same junction and the eastern kerbside lane of Dai Fat Street southbound from a point about 45 metres south of its junction with Dai Cheong Street to a point about 95 metres south of the same junction.

(c)    Public Transportation Arrangement

The bus stop of KMB Route No. 75K on Dai Fu Street westbound near Dai Shun Street will be temporarily relocated for about 100 metres westwards.

        (III)  From 10.00 pm on 14 October 2026 to 6.00 am on 15 October 2026

(a)    Lane Closure

The fast lane of Dai Fu Street westbound and southbound from a point about 65 metres west of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 215 metres north of its western junction with Dai Shun Street will be temporarily closed.

(b)   Relocation of Overnight Goods Vehicle Parking Spaces

The overnight goods vehicle parking spaces on the southern kerbside lane of Dai Fu Street westbound from a point about 110 metres west of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 160 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily relocated to the western kerbside lane of Dai Shing Street northbound from a point about 35 metres south of its junction with Dai Cheong Street to a point about 105 metres south of the same junction and the eastern kerbside lane of Dai Fat Street southbound from a point about 45 metres south of its junction with Dai Cheong Street to a point about 95 metres south of the same junction.

       (IV)  From 10.00 pm on 21 October 2026 to 6.00 am on 22 October 2026

(a)    Lane Closure

The slow lane of Dai Fu Street westbound and southbound from a point about 65 metres west of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 215 metres north of its western junction with Dai Shun Street will be temporarily closed.

(b)   Relocation of Overnight Goods Vehicle Parking Spaces

The overnight goods vehicle parking spaces on the southern kerbside lane of Dai Fu Street westbound from a point about 110 metres west of its eastern junction with Dai Shun Street to a point about 160 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily relocated to the western kerbside lane of Dai Shing Street northbound from a point about 35 metres south of its junction with Dai Cheong Street to a point about 105 metres south of the same junction and the eastern kerbside lane of Dai Fat Street southbound from a point about 45 metres south of its junction with Dai Cheong Street to a point about 95 metres south of the same junction.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be displayed by bus company to inform passengers of the arrangement concerned.
