Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Fanling Highway, North District

       Motorists are advised that, to facilitate road works, the following traffic lanes of Fanling Highway will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 1.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily from 7 to 9 October 2026 and 14 to 16 October 2026:

1. The fast lane of the section of Fanling Highway (westbound) from a point about 300 metres east of So Kwun Po Interchange to a point about 70 metres west of Tai Tau Leng Roundabout;
2. The middle lane of the section of Fanling Highway (westbound) from So Kwun Po Interchange to a point about 50 metres east of Tai Tau Leng Roundabout;
3. The middle lane of the section of Fanling Highway (westbound) from Tai Tau Leng Roundabout to a point about 370 metres west of the same roundabout;
4. The slow lane of the section of Fanling Highway (westbound) from a point about 90 metres east of Tai Tau Leng Roundabout to a point about 360 metres west of the same roundabout; and
5. The slow lane of the section of Fanling Highway (westbound) from its junction with the slip road leading from Tai Tau Leng Roundabout to Fanling Highway (westbound) to a point about 840 metres west of the same junction.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
