In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.00 am on 12 October 2026, the sections of Kwai Tsui Estate Public Transport Interchange as delineated by hatching on the drawing shown in the Schedule will be designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving into the above prohibited zone.

        The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.

        At the same time, the existing prohibited zones in Kwai Tsui Estate Public Transport Interchange as gazetted in G.N. 904 of 2019 will be rescinded.
