ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONE IN CHUNG HAU STREET, HO MAN TIN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 4.00 pm on 9 October 2026, the eastern kerbside lane of Chung Hau Street from a point about 135 metres south of its southern junction with Fat Kwong Street to a point about 170 metres south of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except buses, school private light buses, private light buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

          (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

          (b) loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
