In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 8:00 a.m. on 22 October 2026 to 11:59 p.m. on 22 December 2026, the section of Wan Po Road northbound from a point about 23 metres north of its junction with Pak Shing Kok Road to a point about 447 meters north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

          At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
