Cyclists are advised that in order to facilitate the holding of the "10^th LUA LifeCare Charity Run 2026", the following temporary arrangements will be implemented on 25 October 2026 (Sunday):

A.     Cycle Tracks Closure

The following sections of cycle tracks will be temporarily closed from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm:

1. 1. the cycle track along Tseung Kwan O South Waterfront Promenade; and
   2. the cycle track along Tseung Lam Highway from its junction with Tong Yin Street to Tseung Lam Highway of its junction with Wan O Road.

          During the closure of the cycle tracks, cyclists are required to dismount upon entering/ leaving the above-mentioned locations.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide the cyclists.

B.     Bicycle Parking Spaces Suspension

The bicycle parking spaces at the following locations will be temporarily suspended from 00:00 am to 12:45 pm:

1. 1. Tseung Lam Highway Garden
   2. Tseung Lam Highway (Cross-Bay Link)

          The public has to take away all their articles from the bicycle parking spaces before the suspension period.
