In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 a.m. on 12 October 2026, part of the cross-boundary coach pick up and drop off area of the Huanggang Port (Hong Kong Port Area) Public Transport Interchange will be designated as a prohibited zone for all vehicles exceeding 3.4 metres in height 24 hours daily.

　　Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles exceeding 3.4 metres in height into the prohibited zone.

　　The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs on site.
