In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 a.m. on 12 October 2026, the following road sections at the Huanggang Port (Hong Kong Port Area) will be designated as prohibited zones for all vehicles exceeding 3.9 metres in height 24 hours daily:

　　(i) part of Level 1 of the Huanggang Port (Hong Kong Port Area);
　　(ii) part of the cross-boundary coach pick up and drop off area of the Huanggang Port (Hong Kong Port Area) Public Transport Interchange; and
　　(iii) part of Level 3 of the Huanggang Port (Hong Kong Port Area).

　　Drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving any vehicles exceeding 3.9 metres in height into the prohibited zones.

　　The extent of the prohibited zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs on site.
