Members of the public are advised that, in order to facilitate a Public Procession in Kowloon City, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented depending on actual traffic and crowd conditions:

Road Closure

Traffic lanes of the following road sections will be intermittently closed to all vehicular traffic during the following periods:

From about 4.00 pm to about 5.00 pm on 24 October 2026

1. 1.  Lion Rock Road and Hau Wong Road between Carpenter Road and Nga Tsin Wai Road; and
      
      
   2.  Carpenter Road and Nga Tsin Wai Road between Lion Rock Road and Hau Wong Road.

From about 4.00 pm to about 5.00 pm on 25 October 2026

1. 1. South Wall Road between Carpenter Road and Nga Tsin Wai Road.

Attention and Appeal

        Actual implementation of and adjustments to road closures and traffic control will be made by the Police at the time depending on the prevailing circumstances, traffic and crowd conditions in the areas. Members of the public should pay attention to the route diversions.

       Motorists are advised not to drive to the affected areas during the above mentioned period, and to drive with utmost care and patience and take heed of the instruction given by the Police on site.
