In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 20 October 2026 to 6.00 pm on 31 August 2027, the section of Tat Yip Lane from its junction with Au Pui Wan Street to a point about 85 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. Picking up or setting down passengers; or
   
   
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

        This notice supersedes Government Notice No. 5064 of 2026 published in the Gazette on 14 August 2026.
