In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.00 a.m. on 17 October 2026, the existing temporary speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the section of Fanling Highway northbound from a point about 220 metres north of Fanling Highway Interchange to a point about 200 metres north of its junction with the slip road leading to Pak Wo Road (Exit 7C), as gazetted in G.N. 6043 of 2026, will be rescinded.
